Status pages
A public page that stays up even when the dashboard is down.
A status page shows service health from connected monitors. Each component has an aggregation rule and required dependencies. These determine its status and automatic incidents. Before observations arrive, the page shows no data. A public component name can group several internal providers.
The page uses a pre-built state snapshot. A background process refreshes it, normally once a minute, so a new signal may not appear on the public page immediately.
Tickwatch attribution and public badges
Free pages and badges include Tickwatch attribution. On Start, Team and Business you can hide it in page settings. Attribution returns when the workspace moves to Free.
In page settings, “Badge for your README and website” lets you choose the whole page or a public component, select a language, and copy Markdown or HTML. For example, /badge/acme?lang=en serves an SVG for /s/acme. Clicking the embedded badge opens the status page. Internal monitor and provider names are not exposed.
Update subscriptions
Customers can subscribe to updates by email — with address confirmation and an unsubscribe link in every message. RSS is available too, for subscribers who prefer a reader.
